We advocate for a Pennsylvania state store system based on responsible alcohol policy; and, believe we provide the safest alcohol distribution system in the world with safeguards benefiting both the drinker and non-drinker alike.

ISSU members take seriously their role in maintaining safe neighborhoods and communities. Alcohol is not like other ordinary commodities. Its availability and distribution should promote the health, safety and public welfare for all Pennsylvanians while at the same time reducing associated harms.
